God is our refuge and strength,

a helper who is always found in times of trouble.

When you feel like you're at the end of your rope and you don't have any strength left, remember this verse. Remember that you can always turn to God when you are in trouble and He will give you strength. He will be your fortress. He will be your helper. When you might think no one else is there, don't forget that God is always there with you.
